Cancellation and Refund Policy
For eBooks (Digital Products):
- Due to the nature of digital goods, once an eBook is delivered, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or unresolved technical issues preventing access to the eBook.
For Comic Books (Physical Products):
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided the product has not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Refunds or replacements will be granted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Customers must raise such requests within 24 days of delivery by providing order details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
